Premium plugin not sending out lockout notification emails

We recently purchased the Agency plan for the Premium plugin and switched over to using the Cloud App, instead of the Local app, for all of our sites that have the plugin installed. However with the Cloud App, we stopped receiving notification emails whenever there is a lockout. We double checked the setting for the lockout notifications, and the email address/lockout count is correct. The lockout notifications are working properly when we switch back to using the Local app. Can you please help us get the lockout notifications working on the Cloud App?

For our mailing service, we are using Mailgun with the HTTP API method, instead of SMTP. We are not sure if that matters.

Hello, we don't have notifications in the premium version.

Prior to purchasing our Agency plan, we chatted with your customer support, and they said that all of the features listed for the other plans (Premium, Premium Plus, and Professional) will be included in the Agency plan. Configurable email notifications on lockouts were part of the listed features for all the plans on your website, https://www.limitloginattempts.com/pricing/, as also shown in the screenshot I attached to this reply. That is why we decided to purchase the Agency plan. And now, you are telling me that you don't have notifications in the premium version? Please clarify.
